How do I join?
Pick a plan on the pricing page and check out through Whop. Access is immediate.
How do I get the VIP role in Discord?
Claim it inside Whop after checkout, under the Discord tab. It is not automatic and it is the step people miss, so if you are in the server but still seeing the public channels, that is why.
How do I get the indicators?
Claim them right after checkout with your TradingView username. They show up under Indicators → Invite-only scripts on TradingView. Copy your username exactly as it appears on your profile. Capitalisation matters, and a typo is the usual reason someone does not see them.
How do I get into the trade journal?
Open the journal and hit Continue with Whop. That is the recommended way in: Whop confirms your membership directly, there is no password to remember, and it avoids the wrong-email problem entirely. You will be asked once for your TradingView username, because Whop has no way of knowing it.
An email and password option is still there under Prefer an email and password? if you would rather. If you use it, sign up with the same email as your Whop account.
I joined but nothing has appeared.
Almost always one of two things: the TradingView username has a typo, or you bought on Whop with a different email than you signed up with. Try Continue with Whop on the journal sign-in screen first, it skips the email question entirely. Full walkthrough in Fixing your access at the bottom of this page.
Which email should I use to sign up?
Sidestep the question: use Continue with Whop and there is no email to match. That is why it is the recommended route.
If you do sign up with an email and password, it has to be the address on your Whop account. That address is the only thing linking your subscription to your journal, so a different one means you pay and stay locked out until an admin relinks it by hand.
I paid for VIP but the journal still says I need it.
Sign out and use Continue with Whop. That identifies you through Whop directly rather than by email matching, and it fixes most cases on the spot. If it does not, open a ticket in the Discord with the email on your Whop receipt. See Fixing your access at the bottom of this page for the rest.
What is the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?
Only how you pay. Both include everything, nothing is held back for a higher tier.
What happens if I cancel?
Three things go: the journal locks, the indicators come off your TradingView account, and your VIP role in the Discord is removed. Your trades, notes and prop accounts stay where you left them and come straight back if you resubscribe. You can export your journal data at any time, subscribed or not.
After six months of no sign-ins the journal data is deleted. Storing it costs money, so we do not keep dormant journals forever. Export a copy if you are stepping away for a while.
Where do I manage or cancel my subscription?
On Whop. Billing, receipts and cancellation all live there. There is a link in the journal under Settings.
Does Lifetime really mean forever?
It means one payment and no renewals, for as long as ShiftsDgens runs. Nobody can honestly promise more than that, so we do not.
Can admins see my trades?
No. Admins can see who is a member and suspend or reactivate accounts. They cannot see your trades, your P&L or your notes. That is enforced at the database level, not just hidden in the interface.
Can I import my existing trades?
Yes. CSV import handles exports from Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, TradingView and ProjectX, and auto-detects the common column names.
Which instruments does it cover?
Six contracts, the ones we actually trade: MES, ES, MNQ, NQ, MGC and GC. Index micros and minis, and gold micros and minis. Each one carries its correct point value, so P&L and R are derived from your fill prices rather than typed in, and you can override the figure when your broker’s number differs.
The list is deliberately short. A journal offering two hundred symbols nobody here trades is not more useful, it is just noisier. If the Discord starts trading something new, it gets added.
Does it track prop firm rules?
Add each account with its real numbers and every logged trade checks itself against that firm’s drawdown floor, daily loss limit, consistency rule and minimum days. You get a warning at 70% of a limit rather than a breach notice afterwards.
Are you running giveaways right now?
Yes, in the Discord. There are VIP giveaways for members, and free community giveaways open to everyone in the server. Both are announced and drawn there, and the server is the only place to enter them.
Do I have to be a VIP member to enter?
Not for the free community ones, which are open to anyone in the server. The VIP giveaways are members-only and come with the subscription at no extra cost.
Do I need to buy anything, or use a code, to enter?
No. Our giveaways run in the Discord and entry is free. There is no purchase to make and no code to enter. Just be in the server when one runs.
Where do I go to enter?
Join the Discord. Giveaways are posted in the server, and that is the only place they are announced and drawn. Open your DMs so a winner notice can reach you.
Do you give signals or trade for me?
No. No copy-trade service, no managed accounts, and no claims about what you will make. Education, tools, a community and a journal. The execution is yours.
Is this financial advice?
No. Nothing on this site, in our Discord, or on any of our social media platforms is a recommendation to trade any instrument or symbol. Futures carry substantial risk and are not suitable for everyone.
Will this make me profitable?
Honestly, most traders lose money, and joining a community does not change that base rate. What journaling does is make your own numbers visible, which is the only thing that reliably changes anyone’s behaviour.
Fixing your access
If you have paid and the journal still says VIP required, it is almost always one small thing. Work down this section, it takes about two minutes.
Use Continue with Whop
Sign out, then use Continue with Whop on the sign-in screen. It skips the email question entirely, because Whop tells us who you are directly. This fixes most cases on its own, so try it before anything else.
01Check the email
If you signed up with an email and password, open your Whop receipt and check which address it went to. That is the address that has to be on your journal account. Not the one you meant to use, the one on the receipt.
02Ask an admin
Open a ticket in the Discord with your Whop receipt email and your TradingView username. An admin can relink the two accounts in under a minute.
03I changed my email on Whop and lost access
The link was made on your old address, so the new one matches nothing on our side. Open a ticket in the Discord and an admin will update it. Bring both addresses, the old and the new.
The indicators have not appeared on TradingView
Almost always a mistyped TradingView username. Two things catch people out:
- Your username is not your display name. Open your TradingView profile and copy the name out of the address bar.
- Capitalisation matters. TradingView treats it as exact.
You can correct it yourself in the journal under Settings, or ask in the Discord.
I am in the Discord but cannot see the VIP channels
The VIP role is not granted automatically. Claim it inside Whop after checkout, under the Discord tab. If you have claimed it and the channels still are not there, leave and rejoin the server, then ask in a ticket if it is still wrong.
Signing in with Whop asks for a TradingView username
That is expected, not an error. Whop knows you paid, but it has no idea what your TradingView handle is, and the indicators have to be granted to something. Enter it once and you will not be asked again.
No TradingView account yet? Creating one is free, and the indicators cannot be granted without it.
Whop is asking me to sign in and I do not remember my password
That is a Whop account, not a ShiftsDgens one, so we cannot reset it. Use the password reset on Whop’s own sign-in screen. If Whop cannot find your account at all, you may have bought under a different address, which is the same root cause as everything else in this section.
I was charged twice, or want a refund
All sales are final, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Everything here is digital and access is immediate, which is the reason.
A genuine double charge is a different thing from a refund. Billing lives entirely on Whop, so start there, and if you get stuck tell us in the Discord and we will help you chase it.
