How do I get the indicators?
Claim them straight after checkout using your TradingView username. They appear in your Invite-only scripts list on TradingView. Copy the username exactly, case included.
How do I get into the journal?
Sign up with the same TradingView username. Your membership unlocks it automatically.
What happens if I cancel?
The journal locks, the indicators come off your TradingView account, and your VIP role in the Discord is removed. Your trades, notes and prop accounts are exactly where you left them if you come back, and you can export at any time, subscribed or not.
Journals are deleted after six months of inactivity. Storage costs money and we do not keep dormant accounts forever. Sign in, or export a copy, if you are taking a long break.
What does Lifetime actually mean?
One payment, no renewals, access for as long as ShiftsDgens runs. Worth saying plainly: it is the life of the service, not a guarantee of forever. No one can promise that honestly.
Do you offer refunds?
No, all sales are final. Because everything here is digital and access to the private content and tools is immediate, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please read what is included before you buy, and ask in the Discord first if you are unsure.
